Delivery & fulfilment

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while making sure everything is produced and packaged with care.

Journals are dispatched from our UK location, usually within 1–3 working days.

Some of our everyday products, including mugs, tote bags and water bottles, are made to order and shipped directly from our producers. Production typically takes 3–5 working days, followed by delivery.

For UK orders, delivery is usually a further 1–5 working days, depending on the delivery service.

For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. As a guide, please allow approximately 7–21 days for delivery.

You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

If your order contains both a journal and a product shipped directly from one of our producers, your items may arrive separately and at different times.
